Associate Creative Director (Design)

Creative | Seattle, WA | Full Time

Job Description

Are you looking for just the right place to make your impact on the world? Do you like working on clients that promote healthy, active lifestyles? How about photo shoots with s’mores? If you answered yes to any of these, we may have just the right fit for you as we search for an ACD to join our amazing team in Seattle.

We are on the hunt for a gets-their-hands-dirty art director who can work start to finish on global and national campaigns for some top-tier clients. You’ll have a blend of B2B and consumer experience, corporate brand stewarding and a portfolio of innovative and fresh ideas. You can think strategically, concept like a boss, run a shoot, comp a layout, and create a deck along with actually producing work. Versatility is key when it comes to media; social, video, print, digital, websites and anything else that falls in the marketing communications realm.

7-ish years of experience in design/art direction

Benefits include
A collaborative team that supports each other, Summer Fridays, 75% healthcare (medical dental vision on a top-notch plan), donuts and cannabis across the street, free water, bad jokes, 3 weeks PTO, plus all the normal holidays and an extra week between Christmas and New Year’s. Oh, and non-existent up-all-night to prep for a pitch expectations, since we like to plan ahead and enjoy our evenings and weekends. :)
