Job Description

Account Executive

Williams Helde is looking for a account executive with 2-3 years of experience at an agency or corporate marketing department to join our Account team. If you’re highly organized, an excellent communicator and familiar with running print and digital projects from start to finish, we’d like to hear from you.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Supervisor for day-to-day management of smaller or tactical projects
  • Collaborate with internal creative and digital development teams
  • Create client estimates and vendor purchase orders, and report billing on AE-owned projects
  • Act as primary client contact on key projects
  • Actively contribute to account status documentation and calls, and agency traffic meetings
  • Create client contact reports and project info documents
  • Ensure project documentation (briefs, estimates, billing, vendor quotes/invoices, proposals, etc.) is organized appropriately
  • Manage vendor quotes for outside services and create estimates that include any markup and cost of agency services
  • Develop project schedules to meet client expectations and to fit agency workflow, ensuring internal and client sign-off
  • Always know the current status of projects and be able to communicate schedule and timing expectations quickly and clearly both internally and to clients
  • Route agency work for internal and client review, adhering to approved project schedule
  • Proactively alert Account Supervisor or Account Director if an issue arises with client, vendor or colleague
  • Thoroughly understand and use agency tools, documents and processes
