WestPoint Financial Group (WPFG) is hiring a Financial Advisor to help clients protect what matters, build long-term wealth, and achieve meaningful financial goals. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who wants more autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and the ability to build a book of business over time.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and priorities
Educate clients on financial strategies and solutions aligned to their needs
Develop long-term relationships through ongoing service, reviews, and follow-up
Leverage mentorship, training, and internal resources to grow your practice
Maintain compliance standards and complete required licensing
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a relationship-first approach
Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable in a performance-based environment
Demonstrated ability to set goals and execute consistently
Willingness to obtain Life & Health License, SIE, and Series 7 (if not already licensed)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
