Financial Advisor

Full Time | Hybrid in Chicago, IL | Full Time | Opened 5 months ago | From $80,000 to $150,000 per year

Job Description

Feeling Stuck? We're Looking for Driven Career Changers to Build Their Own Practice

📍 Lisle, IL or Chicago | Commission-Based | $80K-$110K at plan

Some of the best financial advisors we know didn't start in finance. They started in education, sales, healthcare, real estate, or the military. What they had in common: people trusted them, and they wanted to build something of their own.

That's exactly who we're looking for at WestPoint Financial Group.

What This Role Actually Is

This is a business-building opportunity, not a desk job. You'll work with clients to protect what they've built and grow long-term wealth, using relationships you've already spent years earning. We run a non-captive model, which means you keep your independence and have real flexibility in how you serve clients.

What We Offer

  • A network of 100+ advisors, many of whom made this same career jump mid-life
  • Hands-on mentorship from people who've already figured out what works
  • Infrastructure and support so you're not building from scratch
  • True ownership of your book of business

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who's known for showing up and following through
  • A genuine network in your community that you've built on trust
  • Self-motivation and a strong desire to run your own operation
  • Willingness to get licensed (Life and Health, SIE, Series 7) if you aren't already
  • A four-year degree is preferred but your track record matters more

Who Thrives Here

People who are done trading time for a salary ceiling. People who want their income to reflect the effort they actually put in. People who are good with others and want to do meaningful work.

If that sounds like you, apply or reach out directly. We're happy to have a conversation before you commit to anything.
