Part-Time Personal Assistant to CEO

At the moment we're looking for an outstanding Part-Time Personal Assistant to our CEO who can help manage the activities, events, calls and scheduling business & social events in Mexico City. 

Position responsibilities:

  • Schedule management (business & personal)
  • Booking & facilitating travel accommodations
  • Booking business events and dinners
  • Act as host for business meetings, events and dinners
  • Support marketing on events & projects
  • Personal assistant to company Executives when in Mexico
  • General errands and light office tasks
  • Being available as needed at least 1 week each month and 2 days each week.

  • Fluent english (speak, read & write)
  • Professional demeanor and appearance 
  • Solid computer skills
  • Great organization skills
  • Professional communication
  • Past executive support experience
  • A love for technology
  • The ability to travel as needed
  • A flexible schedule
  • A strong desire desire to learn
