WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Working from your home with a team of experienced industry leaders, you will use your mad online, phone and proposal building skills to drive new business. You should be comfortable working in a start-up environment and have the ability to think and act independently. You'll be motivated to over-deliver by a results-driven incentive structure.

THE DAY TO DAY:
- Reach out to qualify and convert inbound leads, using e-mail, phone, web demos, LinkedIn, wine, etc. 
- Research, contact and set web meetings
- Close hot opportunities and up-sell incoming opportunities
- Work directly with the Director, Business Development in strengthening our lead management and sales offerings
- Interact with account management to fulfill the needs of clients and prospects
- Assist with the management of our CRM sales system (salesforce.com) as it grows to support our needs

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience in new business / sales
- Comfort with technology including salesforce, zoom, skype and microsoft office
- Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience a plus
- Drive to execute, over-achieve, and over-earn
- Excellent presentation skills -- comfortable wowing people long-distance
- Strong sales development skills to break new accounts
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations
- Knowledge of the unique needs of health and agency clients is a definite plus, but we also love fast-learners

 

COMPENSATION

Commensurate with experience.  Base plus bonus pay structure
