Through proactive engagement, you will maintain a successful lifetime partnership with clients; helping to grow their business with WSM services, products, and partners. This position is a great opportunity for a service-oriented individual who loves helping clients achieve their goals and grow their business.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide our clients with a go to person and face of our company.

  • Work proactively with clients in the automotive aftermarket & ecommerce space to identify services or solutions that will increase their sales and grow their businesses in order to extend their lifetime value as a WSM client.

  • Proactively manage the renewal process for top tier organizations in your accounts.

  • Develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies that maximize renewal contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship.

  • Communicate risk clearly and work cross functionally to develop resolution strategies

  • Use high level critical thinking and problem solving skills to identify and resolve client issues while addressing their growing business needs.

  • Assist in technical troubleshooting & investigations to escalate issues when necessary.

  • Work within a tight knit and supportive team to ensure our clients' expectations are exceeded.

  • Provide regular updates on renewal status to management and escalate as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, technical support or equivalent roles. (

    • Over the phone/web preferred.)

    • Demonstrated ability to listen, negotiate, and present to clients.

  • Excellent communication skills & dynamic phone presence.

  • An acute attention to detail and ability to juggle many moving pieces at once.

  • Expert organizer and keen ability to properly prioritize your accounts on level based on multiple factors.

  • Competitive by nature and a true go-getter. Someone who is never satisfied with just meeting requirements.

  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in Aftermarket Automotive.

  • Experience using a CRM, preferably HubSpot.

  • Experience working in or with an SEO company and/or Saas.
