Senior Director of Demand Generation

Watermark is seeking a Senior Director of Demand Generation who will be responsible for developing and leading a demand generation center of excellence that will support continued fast-paced growth.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Senior Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for owning Watermark’s demand generation strategy and executing scalable, data-driven strategies and campaigns that drive qualified leads to our sales team.
We are looking for a results-driven, sales-focused demand generation expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wakes up every day excited to execute, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive revenue.

This role can be based in Austin, TX or New York, NY and will be remote through the end of the year.
Build and scale a systematized and predictable demand generation engine to drive aggressive sales growth and ROI
Develop and execute robust, multi-channel campaigns focused on acquiring new customers and expanding growth within existing accounts
Develop contribution models and monitor marketing campaigns and activities to ensure pipeline contribution is adequate to achieve targets
Track, analyze, and optimize all lead generation programs based on a comprehensive view of full-funnel analytics
Provide executive-level transparency of demand generation and marketing results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Relentlessly test and optimize campaigns, refine processes, and implement leading best practice using all available tools
Work closely with sales and BDR leadership to ensure sufficient volumes of high-quality leads and support outbound efforts
Launch and maintain lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel
Implement best practices in database management to increase data integrity, expand market reach across geographies, and support targeted segmentation for campaigns
Lead a team of marketers to execute multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
Partner with operations to ensure key systems (Marketo, Salesforce) effectively support demand generation efforts and optimize the end-to-end lead management process
At least 10 years of experience developing and executing demand generation programs in a B2B environment
Strong track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline generation and deliver against aggressive growth targets
Proven success in growing and continuously improving a high-performing demand generation function
Superior knowledge of demand generation best practices across inbound, outbound, ABM, and digital marketing
Exceptional project management, analytical and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive influence within the organization
Demonstrated passion for data and measurement and driven by optimization of performance metrics
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree/MBA preferred
Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
