The Sales Operations and Strategy Leader Role

Voray is seeking a sales operations and strategy leader to partner with our CRO and identify opportunities to enable efficiency and productivity across our enterprise sales and success organization.  As the Sales Operations lead at Voray, you will have the opportunity to design and evolve key systems, processes, and tools to support our high growth sales team. You will play a critical role, understanding and evaluating the daily tactics within our sales system while also taking a data-driven approach to identifying significant strategic opportunities for the business.  You will also act as a key liaison between our Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams, and be responsible for building policies and infrastructure to help our go-to-market teams operate effectively. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to accelerate growth by increasing productivity and reducing inefficiencies.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Event Operations, Finance teams to develop, report, track and maintain sales and marketing metrics and data to drive critical sales insights and decisions.
  • Architect sales operations structure and implement tools to measure and improve sales team effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Gather requirements and project manage changes to our sales and support technology that result in improvements in sales and support rep productivity.
  • Be the owner of CRM and manage the SF administrator, ensuring the tool helps everyone be more productive.
  • Provide monthly business reports with analytical insights that help the leadership team make valuable business decisions.
  • Manage and own InsightSquared weekly calls and reporting and optimizing tools with business leaders.
  • Own accuracy of SalesForce and reports
  • Meet weekly with reps on accuracy of data in SF.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales operations experience, ideally in a sales-focused, high-growth environment with multiple markets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent and persuasive.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to implement and execute new processes and tools.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce design and implementation practices.
  • Experience training and onboarding new hires on salesforce practices and process
  • Experience creating training docs on SF steps to optimize process
  • Experience in analytics and insights. Finding, articulating and reporting business insights to executive team
