We provide a variety of social services to Los Angeles area communities such as Head Start programs, Upward Bound college prep programs, veterans’ services, homeless shelters, low-income housing program as well as drug and alcohol rehabilitation. This is a Temporary Position


 The Case Manager:

  • Complete client assessments to determine eligibility for shelter and or/housing services
  • Meet with clients and maintain documentation for caseload of clients with respect to activities and progress to goal satisfaction
  • Link clients and maintains benefits and supportive services for housing, health care, domestic violence, substance abuse, veteran's assistance, legal assistance, employment and education as determined is needed
  • Completes weekly case conferencing with Program Manager, and maintains complete and accurate documentation of services in accordance with federal, state, county, and VOA/San Julian Crisis Housing guidelines
  • Develops and maintains inter-agency and community relationships
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of employee, client, company, and vendor data, as well as handling sensitive and critical information with professionalism and discretion
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered
  • 2 years experience working with Homeless population
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Database experience (HMIS) preferred

Additional Requirement:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Valid California Driver's license & clean driving record
