Comprehensive Case Management Services, Affordable Housing Assistance, Transitional Housing Programs, Permanent Housing Placements, JWCH Mobile Clinic, Department of Health Services, USC-HIV Study/Prevention.


The Administrative Assistant

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures with office receipts and expenditures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, and office data
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary 
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative office environment
  • Knowledge of office procedures and basic budgeting principles
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office

Additional Requirements:

  • Current California driver's license and clean driving record
  • Team leadership, stress and time management skills
