About the job:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team for a 12-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to join a company transitioning from startup phase to scale up stage. If successful in this role, there is potential to turn this role into a full-time, permanent position.

You will be a key member of our marketing team, and work closely with our product marketing, content marketing, and sales teams. You’re a T-Shaped marketer with capabilities in multiple areas of marketing such as SEO, SEM, digital advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, content marketing, web design, and reporting/analytics.

Duties

  • Help build our brand and sales pipeline by developing strategies that generate pipeline and MQLs

  • Managing our digital advertising budget to continue to generate strong ROI

  • Execute email marketing campaigns in coordination with sales and marketing

  • Work on our SEO and content marketing strategy

  • Support our content team in distributing content via online channels

  • Work with our marketing automation and CRM system to develop operational efficiencies that allow us to scale

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing programs and campaigns

  • Coming up with your own brilliant ideas and working with the team to make them a reality

  • Assist the entire team by providing valuable reports, analytics, and insights

Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with demonstrated success in a similar role

  • Experience or familiarity with the following tools (competitive tools work too):

    • HubSpot

    • Google Analytics

    • Google Ads

    • Facebook Ads

    • LinkedIn Ads

    • Asana

    • SEMRush

  • Strong project management that is demonstrated by completing tasks and projects on time

  • You thrive in a constantly changing environment (we’re a startup, after all)

  • You have a growth mindset and you’re ambitious
