Enterprise Sales Director

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Cultivate and close new prospects in the target markets of Finance, Healthcare and Government
  • Build and maintain annualized plan to achieve quota
  • Ability to engage with both senior CISO/CIO executives and mid-management security teams
  • Consultative sales skills, solution sales oriented
  • Technical enough to do “2-legged” sales calls but also work closely on sales strategy with Sales Engineering partner
  • Experience working with engineering & marketing on customer needs/messaging
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Structured and well organized; ability to prioritize and forecast accurately
  • Socially mature and easy to communicate with, team player
  • Strong presentation and representation skills
  • Strong integrity


  • 5+ years experience selling to large mid-market and enterprise accounts 
  • 3+ years experience selling to IT and InfoSec decision makers
  • A strong CISO/CSO/CIO/VP of IT rolodex is a plus
  • Must be a deal hunter and closer with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Strong technical understanding of security solutions and networking
  • Previous start-up experience is recommended
  • Experience with is mandatory
