As a tech startup we are working towards creating technological tools that enable human potential to thrive and are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. As the Operations Lead, exercising critical thinking and being a problem-solver comes natural to you. You are constantly overseeing and contributing to processes within the company and ensuring operations are run smoothly, efficiently and cost-effectively. The Operations Lead conducts and leads main operations of the organization to ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for bright and driven people who have a fondness for technology and want to enhance their skills. Skills and Requirements

  • Teamwork and communication skills across multiple disciplines.

  • Ability to quickly jump into new efforts and organize a team to work the problem.

  • Ability to work down to details given general guidance on key business objectives and technical goals and constraints.

  • Is proactive, team-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to make decisions in the face of uncertainty.

  • Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations

  • Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth

  • Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.

 

Compensation

  • 1-2k per month, depending on experience, during initial 2 month probation period that includes training.

  • Equity available to those making a long term commitment.
