About the role:
A critical part of our work involves the human element of our approach. Our Staff plays a key role in working with clients to help them take ownership of their health and mental wellbeing, find their internal motivation, problem solve, and achieve their health goals.
As the Talent Sourcer you will have the joy and responsibility of helping shape our workforce. You will ensure that we have the best healthcare talent in place to make our team successful.
You will be responsible for developing and nurturing a strong, talented pipeline of clinical candidates. You will also help build Vida’s brand presence within the industry using social media, community and industry networking and the People Team.
You have successfully sourced and screened a wide variety of healthcare professionals. You have a background in the healthcare industry.
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Screening candidates to ensure efficient interview to hire ratio
Initial assessment of applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitude
Work with People Team closely to apply recruiting best practices
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Experience of hiring across a breadth of roles in the health and wellness area.
Working closely with hiring managers/HR
Solid experience of sourcing, interviewing, doing reference checks, etc.
Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven healthcare recruiting experience
