About the role:

A critical part of our work involves the human element of our approach. Our health coaches and therapists play a key role in working with clients to help them take ownership of their health and mental wellbeing, find their internal motivation, problem solve, and achieve their health goals.  

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Vida’s ongoing talent needs by managing all aspects of the candidate interview experience. You will support the People Team by coordinating and executing seamless and efficient processes, predominantly related to the coordination of the interview cycle from beginning to end to ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience. You'll serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the entire interview experience process ensuring the highest quality of service. In addition, you'll also assist the team with other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updating candidate records, job postings and confirming new hires

  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report

  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates.

  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed


  • 1-3 years of Talent Coordination experience

  • Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers

  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to learn new systems or applications

  • Proficient in Google Suite

  • Experience of hiring across a breadth of roles in the health and wellness area is a plus
