Sales Operations Associate

As Vida’s Sales Operations Associate, you will improve sales productivity by supporting the commercial team with day to day operations, RFPs, CRM data integrity, sales process improvement, OKR reporting, lead generation efforts and travel coordination/logistics. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, customer success, product, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of Vida’s sales operations. Successful candidates will seize ownership of responsibilities, work independently and will have the ability to thrive outside of their comfort zone. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales and client success to design and execute ad-hoc Commercial Operations projects

  • Own the RFP response process by coordinating with internal stakeholders to prioritize and ensure timely delivery of final submissions

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing to support Vida’s partner and reseller programs 

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing to build sales email campaigns 

  • Support coordination for conferences and webinars that drive lead generation

  • Assist the sales team with Vida’s sales tools, product demos and sales processes to ensure sales reps have the training, knowledge and support they need to succeed

  • Directly support the Chief Commercial Officer with admin-related duties and travel/meeting planning

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Ability to work independently from a home office or in Vida’s San Francisco office

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Experience with technical aspects of Salesforce, particularly in reporting and data management

  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and solve problems independently

  • High degree of attention to detail

  • Self-starter comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Passionate about digital health and/or changing the status quo of healthcare

  • Previous startup experience, a strong plus
