About the role:
A critical part of our work involves the human element of our approach. Our health coaches and therapists play a key role in working with clients to help them take ownership of their health and mental wellbeing, find their internal motivation, problem solve, and achieve their health goals.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a strong, talented pipeline of candidates. This role will focus primarily on health coaches, therapists, and dietitians within the healthcare area.
You have strategically managed the full cycle of recruiting and have successfully sourced, screened, and hired a wide variety of professionals. Bonus points if you have experience recruiting in the healthcare industry.
Develop, update job descriptions, and post to appropriate job boards
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Screening candidates to ensure efficient interview to hire ratio
Initial assessment of applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitude
Help with on-boarding new hires to ensure they become fully integrated into Vida teams
Work with HR team closely to apply HR/recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and recruiting reports as needed
Act as the single point of contact throughout the interview process and build influential candidate relationships during the process
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter
Working closely with hiring managers/HR in presenting and negotiating offers with finalists
Solid experience of sourcing, interviewing, doing reference checks, etc.
Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong influencing and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience of hiring across a breadth of roles in the health and wellness area is a plus
