About the role:

A critical part of our work involves the human element of our approach. Our health coaches and therapists play a key role in working with clients to help them take ownership of their health and mental wellbeing, find their internal motivation, problem solve, and achieve their health goals.  

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a strong, talented pipeline of candidates. This role will focus primarily on health coaches, therapists, and dietitians within the healthcare area.

About you:

You have strategically managed the full cycle of recruiting and have successfully sourced, screened, and hired a wide variety of professionals. Bonus points if you have experience recruiting in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update job descriptions, and post to appropriate job boards

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc

  • Screening candidates to ensure efficient interview to hire ratio

  • Initial assessment of applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitude 

  • Help with on-boarding new hires to ensure they become fully integrated into Vida teams

  • Work with HR team closely to apply HR/recruiting best practices

  • Provide analytical and recruiting reports as needed

  • Act as the single point of contact throughout the interview process and build influential candidate relationships during the  process

  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter

  • Working closely with hiring managers/HR in presenting and negotiating offers with finalists

  • Solid experience of sourcing, interviewing, doing reference checks, etc.

  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong influencing and decision-making skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience of hiring across a breadth of roles in the health and wellness area is a plus
