In this role, you will directly support, personalize, and enhance Member interactions with Vida’s behavior change platform.

As a Product Operations Associate, you will:

  • Understand Vida’s existing program delivery systems in order to develop and apply workflows that optimize for member engagement and clinical outcome success. 

  • Monitor and report on member success according to a variety of success KPIs. 

  • Capture, analyze, and prioritize the unmet needs of Vida members as well health coaches in order to improve program delivery outcomes. 

  • Represent the voice of the member and advocate for system improvements that would benefit them. 

  • Work with Vida’s Product, Clinical, and Coaching teams to prototype, execute, and analyze manual workflows to support and test member experiences and back-end operations. 

  • Be an expert on Vida’s internal tools and using them to support agile team and go-to-market operations.
