In this role, you will help to support, personalize, and enhance Member interactions with Vida’s behavior change platform.

As a Product Operations Assistant, you will:

  • Understand Vida’s existing program delivery systems in order to support workflows that optimize for member engagement and clinical outcome success. 

  • Monitor and report on daily SLAs according to a variety of success KPIs. 

  • Work with Vida’s Product Operations lead to support manual device fulfillment workflows as well as support member experiences and back-end operations. 

  • Assist the product operations lead in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of device fulfillment, client  launch activities and manual workflows.

  • Maintain an updated fulfillment management system and provide weekly fulfillment reports to product operations lead

  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to answer and execute on ad hoc tasks as they arise.

  • You have 1+ years of prior experience in a blend of technology and operations, iterating on manual workflows built from scratch and offering suggestions to improve them.

  • You like rolling up your sleeves and getting the work done. You are able to relate the inputs and outputs of systems or processes to their overall business value and impact.

  • You are a clear and concise communicator and know how to tailor your message to your audience.

  • You have excellent excel skills and love leveraging formulas to consolidate aggregate data.
