We are currently seeking a detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as Marketing Associate. This person will step into a dynamic role supporting marketing event planning and day-to-day operations. This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career looking to grow their skills and exposure. Responsibilities:

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of onsite events and sales conferences, including logistics and communications
  • Manage inventory for marketing materials and swag, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking
  • Support execution of key email campaigns, including member engagement and sales outreach
  • Run ongoing reporting and perform one-off analyses to assess marketing performance
  • Drive additional special projects to further marketing and overall business priorities
  • Partner with a cross-functional team, including Sales, Account Management, Product, Design, Finance, and Coaching

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in event planning, office administration, project management, or operations
  • Undergraduate degree 
  • Excel required
  • Self-starter — you are comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; you work independently and know to seek support when you need it
  • Detail-oriented — you sweat the details and consistently deliver high-quality output
  • Growth-minded — you love to learn and take on new challenges
  • Strong communicator — you can effectively express yourself verbally and in writing
  • Creative — you enjoy exercising your creative muscle and have empathy toward others
