Associate Project Manager, Behavior Change Programs

The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and process oriented. You’ll be the crucial link in ensuring that our health programs are set up and deployed to meet user needs and facilitate behavior change to improve health outcomes. You’ll use proprietary as well as project management and scheduling software like Jira and TeamGantt to run SCRUMs for health program design and intervention development, taking full advantage of Vida’s platform and app capabilities. This role is an excellent entry point to an expert Product Design team within a company innovating in machine learning and augmented intelligence.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage sprints for agile teams using project management tools (JIRA, GANTT)

    • On behalf of the Program Design & Content center of excellence at Vida, identify project scope and create project plans, schedule project activities (GANTT), and document the plan for meetings and reporting purposes.

    • Create and maintain project timeline and deliverable schedules.

    • Schedule, manage, and conduct meetings to review action items and progress of the projects.

    • Manage timelines, ongoing status, and mitigation plans.

    • Communicate risks proactively with a solutions mindset

  • Audit health content for quality and compliance requirements.

  • Upload newly created content, configure backend tools, and own internal content management tools. Provide feedback and insight on how to optimize tools for content creation.

  • Co-develop and continuously improve content development processes and workflows.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across a range of disciplines, including clinicians, health content experts, product managers, and engineers.

  • Escalate needs for and contribute to development of new tools (internal stakeholders) and app features (users and clinicians).

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital services/operations

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Excellent listening and synthesis skills when working with consumers, engineers, and clinical experts

  • Experience in using project management platforms (Confluence, Jira, TeamGantt)

  • Certificate, training, or experience in scrum and sprint management

  • Experience in content management and content management system platforms

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects

  • Able to work independently
