We are looking for an experienced copywriter with proven abilities who will: 

  • Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to create accurate and engaging content for sales enablement tools: Product sales sheets and presentation decks, marketing campaign collateral, website product pages, video scripts, white papers, information guides, and more
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the Marketing Messaging Architecture and its use as the foundation for product messaging for all audiences, and contribute to its ongoing development
  • Develop and maintain facility of messaging and positioning for all audiences – merchants, issuers, acquirers, resellers, PayFacs, client partners, and prospects
  • Create compelling content with engaging product value storytelling across all marketing content channels
  • Write copy for full cadences of email campaigns, including landing pages
  • Provide creative ideation for PPC campaigns, including ad copy with integrated images/graphics, and corresponding landing pages
  • Assist in development of content for webinars, trade show speaking sessions, informal expert chats, and thought leadership articles
  • Research and composition of compelling case studies to persuade merchants to utilize our solutions
  • Maintain and have comprehensive understanding of the Statistics Repository for products across all channels
  • Adhere to and help build messaging to ensure consistency of company voice across all channels
  • Contribute to social media and blog/article creation and distribution
  • Execute content copy and strategy with best SEO practices
  • Create internal and external merchant client and issuer partner communications, as needed
  • Provide highest-quality proofreading and copy-editing on content provided by marketing team members and other internal partners
  • Other editorial duties as assigned

You bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years’ marketing copywriting experience, B2B, through agency or on-staff
  • 1-2 years’ experience providing marketing content in payments or banking in the US and/or internationally
  • Documented storytelling, content writing, and editorial skills
  • Energetic and ability to work independently
  • Highly detail-oriented and experience working in high-demand environment
  • Research-driven: search for info using conventional and “scrappy” methods
  • Result-focused: you love measuring the impact of your deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and collaborate across departments and directly with stakeholders
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
