If yes, this may be the job for you! We are a high-performance, entrepreneurial team involved in multiple businesses. We are looking for someone to help us keep our projects, schedules, deadlines and files organized.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, wants to learn, and is willing to take on more responsibilities over time. Initially the role is expected to be 2-3 hrs per day.
Your core responsibility will be:
1. Prepare a daily project status report in advance of a short 9:05 AM meeting.
2. Follow up on various open items, tracking paperwork, and scheduling.
3. Record minutes, and log status updates during a brief end-of-day meeting.
You will work directly with our CEO, who is a high-energy executive who has founded over a dozen companies.
