Job Description

We are an agile, Berlin-based e-commerce brand providing exceptional-quality homewares at an exceptionally fair price. We believed that the industry was in need of a shake-up, and that the best way to do things was to do them differently. Our 50 employees, hailing from 15 countries, think the same.

 

The Operations department is the logistical link between our thousands of international customers and our online business, responsible for ensuring a smooth supply chain and quick delivery of all orders. To complement our Buying team, we’re looking for a passionate

Operations & Supply Chain Assistant (m/f; part time)

to support with ensuring our products are where they need to be at the right time.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Have direct contact with suppliers from all over the world;

  • Maintain our product information system;

  • Review order invoices;

  • Create order files and internal orders;

  • Support the team in all logistical processes;

  • Collaborate closely with all departments.

 

Your Profile:

  • Relevant experiences in the area of procurement and/or supply chain management;

  • A good knowledge of MS- Office suite, especially Excel; Access is a plus;

  • Fluent in English, other languages (especially German) are a plus;

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude;

  • Enthusiastic about e-commerce and home & living;

  • Committed, structured and diligent when working independently as well as in a team;

  • Goal-oriented and having an eye for details.
