Imagery Assistant

We are an agile, Berlin-based e-commerce brand providing exceptional-quality homewares at an exceptionally fair price. We believed that the industry was in need of a shake-up, and that the best way to do things was to do them differently. Our 50 employees, hailing from 15 countries, think the same.

As an international e-commerce brand, strong, creative imagery is paramount. We are looking for a passionate

Imagery Assistant (m/f)

to support the team in all day-to-day and project-related tasks to support and strengthen our brand values. You will contribute to the growth and development of URBANARA as an international e-commerce brand.

Your responsibilities:

  • Packshot scheduling, including communication with other departments and freelancers;

  • Styling assistance for packshot production;

  • Managing the studio, imagery inventory and supplies;

  • Styling research and execution of inhouse imagery production;

  • Prop sourcing and management of the props inventory;

  • Production assistance during preparation and on set for seasonal lifestyle shoots.

 

Your Profile:

  • Post graduate degree (preferably photography or set design), or similar education;

  • One+ year/s relevant experience (e.g. as production assistant, stylist etc.), ideally in the area of home textiles and living accessories (or similar e.g. fashion) for online-retail / e-commerce;

  • Fluent in English, other languages (especially German) are a plus;

  • A good knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus;

  • Enthusiastic about interior design, home textiles and lifestyle products;

  • Dedicated and structured, both independently and in a team;

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on attitude, equally creative and analytical.
