General Description:

Unified is looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join the rapidly growing team at our headquarters in New York City.  The Talent Acquisition Manager will be a hands-on manager and will report directly to the Vice President, Human Resources.  As a key member of our HR team, this role will serve as a critical enabler of the Company’s ongoing rapid and successful growth.  This individual will need to build strong partnerships with management to identify top talent and lead the recruitment strategy for all required hires.  A successful candidate will need to be comfortable with both strategy and execution and will need a roll up your sleeves mentality to get the job done.  This is a great opportunity for a passionate, hard-working and well-rounded candidate who is looking for an instrumental role within an innovative and growing company.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the VP of HR and other company leaders in order to support and deliver on the company’s hiring strategy

  • Develop recruiting strategies focused on attracting top talent, optimal candidate experience, process and reporting improvement, and leadership engagement across all functional teams;

  • Be a strategic consultant to all functional leaders and company executives, advising on recruiting and hiring strategies, from sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing, negotiating compensation, closing, and working with the HR team to ensure the successful onboarding of new hires;

  • Proactively collaborate with hiring managers to ensure optimal effectiveness of job descriptions, key required attributes and competencies for the role, as aligned with selected interviewing team assignments;

  • Build a robust pipeline of candidates to successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches;

  • Ensure that we are tracking and measuring conversion rates, time to hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rates, and other recruiting metrics to identify key areas of success and potential areas for improvement in our recruiting processes;

  • Serve as the lead change agent for key recruiting initiatives and drive identified recruiting process improvements to completion;

  • Mentor others to think through alternative and creative sourcing techniques and develop and drive a plan to ensure success.



  • Minimum 5 years experience in high volume recruiting for technology companies (SaaS and/or start-up experience preferred)

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Possession of deep expertise across the full recruitment life cycle

  • Demonstrated track record for approaching recruitment issues in a strategic, conceptual and solutions/action oriented manner

  • Sense of urgency with the demonstrated ability to deliver results

  • Strong business acumen with a solid track record for recruiting across all functionalities within a SaaS company

  • Strong affinity for collaboration; a successful track record of being effective as both a team leader and a team player

  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to relentlessly prioritize and remain focused

  • Exceptional and innate process-orientation and analytical instincts

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Passionate about keeping abreast of external trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing technique
