The Strategy Coordinator has a day-to-day focus of supporting the Media Strategy Team in developing exceptional paid and owned social strategies and presenting them in impactful, innovative presentations. The Strategy Coordinator will support all sales teams developing media proposals, targeting and software recommendations whilst keeping abreast with the latest social media trends and platform releases.

Candidates for this position are expected to excel in relationship building, have strong project management skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. They should be passionate about working in a fast paced changing environment, live and breathe advertising and social media, be intellectually curious, a fast learner, team player, and able to move fast while keeping focused on high impact projects.



- Analyze historical campaign performance to extract insights and learnings and apply them to future media plans and recommendations

- Assist the team in the creation of visually appealing presentations that help simplify complex media proposals and concepts

- Work with internal teams including Sales, Account and Campaign Management to ensure that client requests are met and delivered with a meticulous attention to detail

- Manage multiple deadlines and deliverables ensuring consistency and accuracy across all assignments



  • 1-2+ years of full-time work experience
  • Interest in social media, technologies, and a desire to keep informed of new trends
  • Ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skill
  • Ability to work on your own as part of a distributed team
  • Experience with, and a good understanding of online advertising  
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Shows initiative in problem-solving when faced with a challenge

Nice to have:

  • Solid understanding of Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Twitter ads, Pinterest ads, Snapchat ads, LinkedIn ads, AdWords or other RTB media buying and optimization tools
  • Good understanding of web technologies (pixels, HTML, JavaScript)
  • Experience using Excel pivot tables and other presentation software programs, such as PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Experience building presentations and presenting in front of a group of people (whether internal or in front of clients)
