Job Description
We are looking for a Specialized Activation Account Manager to fulfill an exciting opportunity on our Account Management team!  As a Specialized Activation Account Manager, you will flourish in executing live and real-time activations for our largest clients.   Specialized Activation Account Managers have alternative workweek schedules that are comprised of weekends and weekdays. You will work closely with the Sales and Advertising Operations teams to develop campaign strategy, manage projects, and support clients as their day-to-day contact. The Ideal candidate excels in relationship building, has strong project management skills with a meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Alternative workweeks where time spent activating during the weekend is offset with fewer days worked during the week.
  • Successfully manage and support your account base and new business as the day to day contact for your accounts
  • Increase revenue and retention rates for your account base and identify opportunities for additional revenue with prospective accounts
  • Help clients measure their advertising campaign success and ROI by preparing reporting and account documentation
  • Build positive business relationships with your account base through proactive support, on-site visits, and client education/training
  • Review client campaigns regularly and make recommendations to ensure success
Required Skills/Experience
  • You have 1-2 years of Account Management experience in social advertising, digital media or ad network is required
  • You are an expert in understanding of social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)specifically the paid advertising side of it, as well as online marketing and associated technology
  • You are proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have strong leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Your organizational skills are exceptional and you continuously strive to improve processes and focus on quality assurance
  • You are a team player, and shine when you can collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team
  • You are familiar with working in a small but fast-paced startup company environment, in fact- you prefer it!
  • You can work under pressure, and it’s natural for you to organize and prioritize responsibilities and client requests
