General Description

Unified, an awardwinning enterprise marketing technology company, is hiring a sales coordinator. Reporting to an enterprise sales executive, this position will be an important member of the company’s enterprise software sales team and will help manage the growth of Unified’s rapidly expanding San Francisco office. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a future sales leadership role.

  • database administration and reporting
  • Communication with a geographically distributed sales team
  • Customer and prospect research in advance of meetings
  • Coordinating outreach to Global 2000 and advertising agency prospects and scheduling meetings
  • Marketing and event support, including occasional onsite events that require travel
  • Various administrative duties, including travel and expense support for some members of the executive team
  • Additional duties as assigned and required


  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a sales or marketing support role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analytics is required
  • Comfort with research via the Internet and industry database services is required
  • Proficiency with is a major plus
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing and project management skills
  • Proficiency in social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.),
  • Ability to multitask and quickly prioritize projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders
  • Willingness to work under tight deadlines
