Reports to: Team Lead, Solutions


The Associate Product Consultant role at Unified will be responsible for partnering with customers and internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, etc.) to drive customer success and value in the Unified suite of products. APCs will be problem-solvers working with various internal teams and departments to increase customer satisfaction across Unified’s lines of business. 


Job Description : 

  • As a customer-facing Product Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding all of Unified’s solutions and implementation requirements for all lines of business

  • You will support senior team members to engage with our customers to understand their business objectives, map their challenges to solutions and provide value

  • As one of the client’s technical advisors, you’ll offer support through teaching and consulting, challenging customer habits, perspectives, and workflows with best practices and insights

  • You will assist with ongoing customer discovery throughout the end to end customer lifecycle to identify opportunities to increase customer value and potential add-on solutions  

  • You can help synthesize large data sets and proactively identify performance and/or adoption opportunities 

  • You’ll work with the Product team to help document new product feature how-to’s and proactively communicate relevant enhancements to customers

  • You will develop a strong technical aptitude with the ability and desire to rapidly learn new technologies and take advantage of new concepts

  • You will develop a strong consultative and analytical approach, with a focus on building partnerships internally and externally through effective collaboration

  • You have some experience troubleshooting complex customer issues and navigating the organization to remediate issues

  • You might have hands-on project management experience coordinating cross-functional teams to design and implement complex solutions and effectively managing risks

  • You will support tracking project progress, quality, issues/risks, and timelines

  • You will create and maintain project plans and related project documentation 

  • You’ll organize, maintain and circulate project meetings and collateral


Minimum Qualification

  • 2-3 years of experience in a support or coordinator role

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to technical and business audiences

  • Growth mindset with a willingness to adapt and learn at a progressive rate


Preferred Qualifications : 

  • Experience with advertising preferably in social

  • Experience with project management or consulting

  • Experience building out process flows

  • Experience developing data-driven recommendations and best practices

  • Experience working directly with customers
