UX Developer

We are looking for a talented UX Developer to join our team and help create seamless, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences.

As a UX Developer, you will collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to craft intuitive and engaging interfaces. Your work will directly impact the look, feel, and functionality of our applications, ensuring a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define and design innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to Jahia or PHP teams.
• Develop, maintain, and extend front-end designs and templates.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to refine and optimize designs.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work alongside developers to ensure the implementation matches the intended experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Developer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Jahia is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote team environment
