Senior PHP/Symfony Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior PHP/Symfony Developer to join our team as part of a critical carve-in initiative.

The successful candidate will take over the maintenance of existing PHP/Symfony tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the maintenance and development of PHP/Symfony-based tools.
• Ensure the tools are running smoothly and efficiently, addressing any issues or bugs that arise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs and implement necessary updates or enhancements.
• Work with AWS to manage and optimize the hosting and deployment of the tools (experience with AWS is highly valued).
• Create documentation and guides to support the onboarding of future team members, particularly junior developers.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers as they join the team.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with PHP and Symfony framework (mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with AWS management and deployment is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in mentoring or leading junior developers is a plus.
