Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong client-facing capabilities to bridge business needs and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in understanding client requirements, translating them into clear specifications, and ensuring successful delivery within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement

• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements

• Support solution design by working with technical teams to define optimal approaches

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews

• Ensure traceability from business requirements through to delivery and validation

• Perform functional validation and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Provide ongoing support and clarification during development and post-release phases

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in client-facing roles

• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies

• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and data flows (conceptual understanding)

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., insurance, finance, healthcare)

• Familiarity with data analysis, SQL, or reporting tools

• Exposure to digital transformation or IT service management projects

• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
