We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join one of our clients' teams.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business focusing on project management, requirements gathering, process improvement, and ensuring successful project delivery.
This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including project teams, technical staff, and business units.

- Project Management/PDL: Manage project activities, budget control, reporting, and forecasting for assigned teams.
- Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate daily standups, ensure delivery processes are followed, and support agile methodologies.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, technical staff, and business units to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Tool Implementation: Assist in the transition and implementation of project management tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Handover and Support: Ensure smooth handover processes and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Experience in business analysis, project management, or related fields.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in trading, financial markets, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of trading workflows, market data, and real-time systems.
- Proficient in Agile/DevOps environments and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming).
- Experience with DevOps frameworks and tools, with an emphasis on robust testing and CI/CD practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and drive consensus across diverse teams.
- Skilled in business process modeling, requirements documentation, and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in software development or trading platforms.
- Background in digital transformation or enterprise system implementation projects.
