Project Management Office

You will join the Project Management Office to manage the end-to-end meeting and follow-up process within a global customer environment 

Responsibilities:

  • Project follow-up and bi-weekly status reporting for various Level of Management and Steering Committee
  • Global Planning consolidation and follow-up including meeting schedule, input collection and presentation management
  • Action List, Issue and Risk follow-up
  • KPI follow-up
  • Steering Commitee preparation and animation
  • Meeting Minutes
