For our international customer in Zürich we are looking to hire a Service Now Project Manager

General description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a two year programme  intended to review and optimise offerings and tools of the Service Management platform.

The customer has implemented over 30 applications on ServiceNow, and with growing demand from the user community for new functionality and integration, a review of the platform needs to be conducted in the following areas:

  • Governance and operating model productivity
  • Customer experience innovation
  • Stability and sustainability of the platform 

Your skills and experience will contribute to improve the way Change, Release and Deployment Management Services are conducted today. In addition you will be asked to perform some tasks related to Business Analysis.


  • Agile/SCRUM-Project Management of Stream 3-5 (in a minimum viable product setup)
  • Setup of Stream 4&5, review of Stream 3 and amendments if/where necessary
  • Maintenance of the Product backlog / backlog grooming
  • Agreement with the PO and the Project Customers on Sprint Backlog (2-week-sprints)
  • WBS together with the Task owners
  • WBS managed through Kanban
  • Daily standup-meetings with review of the task management (based on Kanban)
  • Weekly Open House meetings with customers, the team, and further interested parties
  • Product reviews - Sprint Retrospectives


  • Project Management as laid out above
  • Task chasing and escalation
  • Ensuring that required documentation is generated to the appropriate quality standards  
  • Liaising with the business customers; expectation management; requirements check and assigning business analysts for detailed requirements gathering


  • Solid experience in project management with the ability to drive change
  • Experience of working in change / release / deployment
  • ITIL processes Knowledge and experience of MVP
  • Experience in managing changes in Agile environment
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must, German beneficial
