Job Description
We are seeking a IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and deliver technology-driven initiatives while bridging business needs and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects (scope, timeline, budget, risks)
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories/specifications
- Coordinate stakeholders across business and IT
- Support solution design, testing (UAT), and delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
Nice to Have
- PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or Scrum certification
