The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an experienced Installation Technician in Geneva. As an Installation Technician, you will perform a variety of tasks relating to the installation, operation, repair, and maintenance of systems and devices within the organization. You will play an integral part in ensuring that our technological infrastructures contain the highest standard and operate efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Remove and disconnect old monitors from desk.
  • Install, maintain, and repair various systems and components. - ( In total there will be approx. 100 monitors for installation; 50 Docking stations; 50 Keyboards and Mouse sets)
  • Ensure that all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the client's requirements
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are familiar with equipment operation.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot existing systems to minimize potential for equipment failure.
  • Document all installations, adjustments, and repairs in accordance with company policy.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Installation Technician or similar role in a tech firm.
  • Knowledge of various systems and components relevant to our operations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of safety protocols related to equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Relevant certification in the tech field.

  • Experience in customer training or support.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel when needed.
