Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, document requirements, ensure high-quality IT delivery, and support decision-making through data analysis.

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by translating requirements into functional system designs while ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration & Analysis

  • Work closely with team members to identify and understand organizational and operational challenges.
  • Conduct analysis of business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into functional system specifications.

• Quality Assurance & Documentation

  • Implement and oversee Quality Assurance methods and best practices to ensure high standards in IT delivery.
  • Create documentation, including user stories, wireframes, process flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams.

• Technical & Development Coordination

  • Work with developers and technical teams to manage and troubleshoot technical difficulties.
  • Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and development teams to ensure that requirements are met effectively.

• Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Draft statistical reports and analyze data to provide insights that support decision-makers in selecting appropriate programs and strategies.
  • Develop, define, and build technology business cases to drive business and technology transformation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 5plus years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or software development environments.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance principles in IT delivery.
• Proficiency in creating user stories, wireframes, screen mockups, and process/data flow diagrams.
• Experience working with technical teams, project managers, and vendors to implement solutions.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and statistical reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
