We are seeking a temporary recruiting sourcer (3 months with potential for extension) to optimize the value of twoXAR’s strategic partnerships from discovery to IND. This Mountain View-based role is part of our core recruiting team and is critical to our success; rate is commensurate with skills & experience. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of sourcing experience with at least 1 year experience working at a Pharmaceutical company.
twoXAR is an AI-driven drug discovery and development company focused on first-in-class small molecules. The company currently has a development portfolio of over 18 diseases. twoXAR saves years in drug development while generating a 30x hit rate at in vivo efficacy milestones over traditional methods. We have established collaborations with leading biopharmaceutical companies and are now scaling the business and building our internal drug pipeline. twoXAR is venture-backed with financing from SoftBank Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz and has strong ties to Stanford University and MIT. Our management team and advisory board have decades of biopharmaceutical management experience, built software systems used by tens of millions of people, held VP and C-level positions at Fortune 100 companies, and have had previous startups with successful strategic acquisitions.
Develop an understanding of twoXAR offering and employer value proposition to successfully identify and engage passive talent.
Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape
Partnering with Head of Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs and team dynamics
Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels
Source using wide variety of tools: LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, internet job boards, pharmaceutical associations + groups, university alumni resources and other creative search techniques
Regularly track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with internal stakeholders
Work with the recruiting coordinator on scheduling and ensuring that the process is run smoothly.
Must be detailed oriented and organized!
Strong interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills with strong work ethics.
Experience in a fast-pace, high volume environment.
Proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods
Ideally 5+ years as a recruiting sourcer with at least 1 year of sourcing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Preferred agency and in-house recruiting background.
AIRS certification a plus
BA/BS degree preferred.
