ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - EXPANSION, WEST COAST HEALTH SYSTEMS

About the Role:

Twistle is seeking an Account Executive - Expansion, for our growing North America Sales team.  This role will be located in our Seattle Office and will require travel.  The right candidate will be instrumental in expanding our product’s footprint inside our current clients. This is a key role in growing our business. This job will require a strong strategic thinker with demonstrated top-notch project management and relationship building skills. We are a small, nimble, energetic team that is looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for growing our customer base within a portfolio of existing Twistle Customers in the Pacific Northwest.

  • Focus on identifying new revenue opportunities (upsell/cross sell) within an existing Customer.  

  • Must demonstrate the ability to sell value to Physicians, Nurses, Administrators, and IT representatives.  

  • Expand our offerings across additional service lines, departments or hospitals within a portfolio of existing Customers.

  • Actively build relationships with all clients at all levels of the organization (via email, phone, in-person).

  • Work collaboratively with the sales and customer success team to develop, maintain, and grow existing client relationships.

  • Liaise between the internal product team and external clients to recommend new product features.

  • Map out account growth strategy, find champions at our clients, present value and close add on contracts.

  • Manage a quota of expansion sales revenue.

  • Communicate pipeline and quota measurements to the rest of the team.

  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities within the assigned portfolio of accounts.

  • Qualify, demo, negotiate and close deals independently.

 

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Healthcare IT

  • Proven track record of success in a client facing role

  • Proven ability to achieve a quarterly managed business quota

  • Very strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Knowledge of the latest trends associated with patient engagement and healthcare IT

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with and selling to customers in person

  • Experience with CRM solutions
