TurnKey Vacation Rentals, Inc. ( is a leading, technology-enabled vacation rental management company started by former HomeAway/VRBO and Hotwire executives. Our home-base is located in Austin, Texas although a majority of our team members are located throughout the US to provide our services to properties in 50+ markets.

We are looking for a candidate with a High school diploma and currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program with junior level standing. The ideal candidate is able to work ~20 hours per week from our headquarters in Austin, TX. 

The Marketing Associate assists with demand generation, content marketing and database marketing projects and campaigns. This role reports to the Marketing Project Coordinator and Director of Demand Generation & Database Marketing.

What you'll do:

• Execute projects as assigned in support of demand generation and database marketing initiatives

• Run campaign reporting and provide analysis and insights on performance with recommendations for improvements

• Work with Marketing Ops to launch campaigns that drive leads and new customers

• Process files and large quantities of data making sure uploads and data routing is working as desired

• Work with Sales Ops to coordinate marketing materials for events and tradeshows

• Work with Content Team on the execution of SEO and digital campaigns

What you'll bring:

• High school diploma and currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program with junior level standing

• Business, Marketing or CIS emphasis a plus

• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Google Docs/Drive

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail is a must for this role

• Comfortable working in a fluid and fast paced environment

• Passion for the hospitality and travel industry a plus


  • Manage neighborhood lists for new and active markets - 15 hours/month
  • SFDC File Processing & Cleanup - 15 hours/month

    • Fill in missing data

    • Bulk change picklists

    • Verify counts and UAT

  • Pull Nurture Campaign Reporting - 10 hours/month

  • Process Return Mail - 5 hours/month

  • Event Management - 5 hours/month

    • Coordinate field assets being delivered to events

    • Maintain the event calendar

    • Prepare training materials for new hires

  • Catalogue home photos and stock imagery - 10 hours/month

    • Home photos

    • Stock imagery

    • Ads and documents

  • Vacation Market Website Pages - 10 hours/month

    • Process SEO requests

    • Assist with UAT on website changes

  • Eloqua Process Documentation - 10 hours/month

    • Prepare Visios for workflows and campaigns

    • Draft test scripts and help with UAT
