Position 

Sr. Director, Broadcast & Cross Channel

If you are interested in shaping the future of digital advertising, keep reading.  As a result of our industry’s continued growth and success of our cross-channel, Global Marketing Platform, we are searching for a senior leader to drive the strategy and continued growth of our evolving cross-channel capabilities.  As a member of the Global Product Management team, you will be responsible for Turn’s understanding of new broadcast and cross-channel technologies, assess strategic fit and define integration needs to help differentiate Turn's platform.  This role will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams building the next series of broadcast and cross-channel capabilities that enable brand and direct response marketers to programmatically achieve their goals. This position reports to the SVP, Product Management and will be based in Redwood City, CA or Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive strategic vision and roadmap for the Turn's broadcast and cross-channel capabilities
  • Meet frequently with customers, potential customers and ecosystem partners to develop a deep understanding of their requirements, capabilities, business processes and/ or integration needs
  • Align internal and external stakeholders around this vision
  • Define investments, build the roadmap, write PRDs, work with UX designers and engineers to integrate and release new feature sets
  • Release the product and work with Marketing and Product Marketing on the execution of marketing, advertising, promotional, and sales programs
  • Be the visible advocate for broadcast and cross-channel capabilities and comfort in presenting your ideas to internal and external senior executives
  • Monitor adoption of your products and evangelize your products internally and externally

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience in online and mobile advertising or enterprise software space.  TV is a bonus!
  • Innovative thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of building, leading and mentoring teams.
  • Experience authoring MRDs and PRDs for business software delivered in a hosted service environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage different groups and personalities to achieve consensus
  • Direct experience interacting with a technical customer base, including software engineers and web developers
  • Direct experience in working with agencies, brands, publishers and / or exchanges
  • Exceptional written, verbal communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience and/or strong desire to work in a fast moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Prior experience working with engineering contractors and/or remote engineering teams.
  • A certified sense of humor

Required Education: MBA or quantitative degree preferred.
