Turn is looking for a Senior Sales & Commission FP&A Analyst to join our growing and dynamic organization.  This individual will be responsible for administration of the sales variable compensation program and for supporting Sales through business analytics, reports and metrics.

Responsibilities:

Sales FP&A

  • Leads weekly/monthly sales forecast meetings to gain consensus on projected sales numbers for submission to Corporate. Generates forecast and metric reports and provides analysis for Sales Management
  • Work with Sales Management to develop, analyze and model strategies and tactics to increase sales
  • Analyzes new opportunities for profitability by product
  • Works with the Sales group and other functional colleagues to address management information needs, develop reports, identify and interpret trends and provide analysis and interpretation to support decision making
  • Proactively identifies the analytics requirements of the sales organization to design and deliver reporting to meet their requirements

Commissions:

  • Calculates commission/incentive award payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions and assigned territory
  • Partners with Sales Operations and Sales Management to resolve compensation related issues
  • Implements and maintains sales compensation tools and processes to ensure timely and accurate payments to sales personnel
  • Analyzes sales performance results, prepares presentations and dashboards for sales and finance management
  • Contributes to the development or improvement of systems and processes to effectively track and/or capture data
  • Provides support to Sales Operations for monthly reporting, and analyzing variances to forecast
  • Prepares monthly commission and bonus expense accruals

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • 3 - 5 years experience in financial planning, analysis, forecasting and sales support for multi-national technology, preferably public company experience
  • Demonstrated ownership, problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable integrity
  • Strong written and oral communication skills that enable clear and concise communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Creative and innovative team player with a positive approach and a focus on business issues
  • Strong excel skills in data compilation, aggregation and proficiency with excel formulas
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality results

Preferable Job Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience in Media and/or Digital industry
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce
  • Background in management consulting or online industry FP&A
