The Senior Director / RVP of Client Services will report to the Vice President, of Client Services..

  • Manage a team of US and Canada-based experts, including Client Service Directors and Managers, providing vision, strategy and mentorship over Turn’s customer base
  • Directly responsible for regional leadership teams and indirectly for field teams across the US and Canada
  • Responsible for the financial and operational success of North American Client Service team
  • Proactively maximize and expand the use of Turn product suite among existing customers, renew, up and cross-sell
  • Manage and maintain senior level relationships at top accounts
  • Ensure service levels are adhered to and/or adjusted accordingly
  • Responsible for carrying and hitting national quota goals, as well as forecasting, monitoring win/loss reports, etc
  • Identify opportunities related to platform technology, data, and media inventory sources and pursue opportunities for value creation on behalf of clients
  • Responsible for the growth of current and prospective accounts, ensuring the right team is in place for each client
  • Maximize customer's investment in Turn, and drive additional product or revenue sources for Turn
  • Responsible for career and professional development of account management teams, as well as hiring new employees
  • Oversee training, mentoring, and development of direct reports
  • Speak on behalf of account management org w/in internal leadership meetings
  • Run internal leadership meetings including all-hands
  • Work cross functionally with other org leadership teams as well as emerging market leaders within account management


  • Strong leadership, mentorship, management and career development skills and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly gain customer trust, retain and grow customer investment
  • Senior level relationship management
  • Experience with account portfolio planning/tiering, forecasting, and prioritization
  • Product / Technical knowledge (demonstrated ability to have picked up a product and achieved good level of comfort with it)
  • Knowledge of Media industry required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or MBA
  • 2, 5-year terms in digital media or account planning, with special emphasis on planning and creating insights related to consumer segments
  • 2, 5-year terms managing a team
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising landscape from either media or sales planning perspective
  • Programmatic marketing subject matter expertise is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Intelligent, entrepreneurial type with strong work ethic
  • Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum
  • High competency level in MS Office products; demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent time management/project management skills, with ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levels
