As a senior member of the team, this position will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Business Development.  Key responsibilities include transforming Turn’s tools and processes to handle all business requests from Turn’s ecosystem of global ad technology partners.

This leader will be building systems and tools to prepare Turn for doubling the number of partners in the next 12 months. Also, they will be critical in driving incremental revenue for Turn (and our partners) by aligning closely with Turn marketing and sales to drive scalable programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and operations, with an emphasis on technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a vision & build tools to manage Turn’s current Partner Ecosystem and prepare us technically, legally and operationally to double our partnerships over 2014 
  • Redefine Partner Success metrics globally and work cross-functionally to ensure Turn is the best platform to connect with
  • Partner with our Marketing organization to design, build and launch revenue driving programs in where Turn’s sales organization can seamlessly offer packages that fit our customers’ needs. 
  • Align with our Product organization to determine where and when a Turn Partner can help augment part of Turn’s software
  • Manage and optimize existing partners (via contracts, new API requirements or changes in Terms) in a way that drives improved performance for our customers and maintains or lowers operation cost for Turn
  • Work closely with Finance to manage cost structures, revenue shares, partner payments and create simple processes to determine value of partners globally
  • Work closely with the head of Business Development to manage new Partners as they are onboarded
  • Collaborate with Marketing on internal and external communication of Partners’ Products, features and unique programs across Turn’s Revenue Organization and global customer base

Required skills/experience

  • Minimum 10 years work experience supporting global partner programs, ideally in a technical product/software company. 
  • Experience designing and managing CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) for global partners
  • Executive-level communication skills: written, presentation skills, documentation skills
  • Strong operational experience a must. Ability to design, implement and enforce process

  • Willingness to do. Emulate how you want your team and your colleagues to act. Roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and present recommendations and viewpoints with in-depth knowledge of the data
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills - including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment
  • Experience and passion for advertising technologies is a must
  • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
  • Experience in marketing software preferred
