Job Description: 

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an energetic Order Desk & Billing Analyst to join our Finance group. This person will join a hardworking and dedicated Finance team.  This is an ideal opportunity for you to be part of a great team and gain experience at a high growth company.  You will report directly to the Order Desk Lead and manage your responsibilities between company’s billing and sales order processing systems.


Order Desk Responsibilities:

  • Review and process Insertion Orders and Third Party Cost Service Orders submitted to Order Desk for all company regions (North America, EU, LATAM, APAC)
  • Validate IOs against Turn console for budgets, flights, Advertiser Market Set-up, and Account Set-up
  • Review and validate Insertion Orders  for Terms and Conditions, Credit terms, and any Special Instructions
  • Work closely with Legal for other contracts & agreements (i.e. Master Services Agreements)
  • Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, Credit and Collections,  and Billing Analysts
  • Responsible for Customer Master Set up in Oracle, mapping in Billing System (FDW-Financial Data Warehouse), and pricing set-up in the Turn console
  • Responsible for maintaining all contracts in Network Drive and close Salesforce opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all business contracts processing IOs and activating accounts
  • Ensure sales team compliance with required revenue recognition policies
  • Ongoing projects to support and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Order Desk team

Revenue/Billing Responsibilities:

  • Complete billing analysis & reconciliations during the month end billing cycle for assigned accounts and regions
  • Respond to & resolve customer invoicing inquiries
  • Send customer invoices & statements
  • Process credit/debit memos and small balance write offs
  • Provide excellent service to our internal & external customers

Minimum Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, preferably Accounting background
  • 2-3 years working in AR and Billing
  • Experience in full cycle billing & invoicing in an ERP system
  • Experience in recording accounting journals, reconciliations and analysis
  • Exceptionally well-organized and able to multi task
  • Perform billing preparation functions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reliable and punctual, work independently in carrying out assignments to completion
  • Exercises good business judgment
  • Escalate problems with appropriate discretion and expedite resolution to any issues
  • Maintain logical and secure filing for electronic and hard copy source documents
  • Excellent communications skills – ability to compose effective and accurate correspondence.  Assertive yet able to use discretionary tactics in communicating
  • Ability and desire to work as a team player are a must & willingness to work flexible hours
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
