You will be a critical member of the Technical Operations team for a fast-growing, successful start-up in the online data-driven advertising business. This team is responsible for the continuous, successful operation of our company’s core assets – the engine of our business. Our datacenter and production footprint spans the globe with operations in North America, Europe and Asia.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationship and tracking contracts, work orders and vendor transitions, tracking financial expenditures and managing them to budget, and coordinating the logistics of globally diverse projects and ongoing operations.

This role will mix light financial analysis, logistical coordination and clerical duties. The successful candidate will be well-rounded and highly adaptable to a dynamic start-up environment.

Qualifications and Job Dimensions:

Completed associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3-5 years of related analytics or coordinator experience. Finance experience (accounting and revenue recognition, budgeting process, expense tracking) is a plus.

Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and confident working with vendors and customers.

Experience with Assset and Property Management methods and systems desired.

Advanced spreadsheet application skills (excel) and familiarity with organizational and filing systems required.

Willingness to perform filing and coordination / organizational duties required.

Team player with excellent internal and external customer service skills and collaborative attitude.

Ability to adapt in a quickly changing environment.
