This position will report into the Finance Manager and support the Turn’s global cross-channel advertising P&L. As a financial analyst, you will be responsible for cost tracking, headcount reconciliations, bonus/commissions impact analysis and adhoc reporting while supporting our global regions as we continue to grow our EU / APAC and LATAM regions. This role will continue to grow with added responsibility as the candidate will also have visibility into our revenue stream and have the responsibility to coordinate our cross-channel (display, video, mobile, audience suite, etc) advertising revenue forecasts, analyze and drive meaningful business insights.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the cross-channel advertising forecast planning, modeling and reporting efforts
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly close responsibilities (accruals, variance analysis, etc)
  • Track key operating and financial metrics
  • Perform analysis of revenue and gross profit
  • Align with key members across all relevant teams
  • Provide insightful ad-hoc business analytical support

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • 3 - 5 years experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting for multi-national technology, preferably public company experience
  • Demonstrated ownership, problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable integrity
  • Strong written and oral communication skills that enable clear and concise communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Creative and innovative team player with a positive approach and a focus on business issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required
  • Strong excel skills in data compilation, aggregation and proficiency with excel formulas
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality results

Preferable Job Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience in Media and/or Digital industry
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
  • Background in management consulting or internet industry FP&A
